The Rook 50 features an ultra adjustable ventilated back system with AirSpeed mesh suspended over a large cavity allowing air passage. This design allows the body to follow the shape of the belt and the lumbar part of the backpack, for enhanced comfort and even more stable and assisted load carrying. The height adjustment of the shoulder straps is very intuitive thanks to the innovative vertical adjustment system on rails. The Rook 50 can be adjusted quickly and easily to suit you perfectly. To match a wider variety of back lengths, these bags are equipped with load return straps on the shoulder straps that ensure the bag is comfortable regardless of its position. A wide, ultra-padded waist belt provides a pleasant feeling on the hips and assists in the transport of heavier loads.

The Rook has all the essential functions for traveling trips lasting several days; a generous volume with access by the top flap and the lower compartment for sleeping bag. An internal divider provides a separate bottom compartment and can be removed when not in use. Numerous compression straps ensure the stability of the backpack without compromising access to the mesh water bottle pockets. The two pockets on the waistband and the large top flap pocket with a key fob allow quick access to small items.

If needed, the Rook is compatible with Osprey Daylite backpacks. You can attach the small bag to the large one for more volume and another optional bag for outings of a few hours while leaving your large backpack in the tent.
